QTICE is hereby given that iht Council proposes tg execute a certain Public Work, viz , the Construction of a Dray Boad through Tuawliata 4 13 1, Tuawhata 4 B 2, and Tokomaru 1 B, Puatae, Boto-o-tahi, and Tuawhata 2 B 1 B Block, situated in Blocks 111. and VII., Whangara Survey District, and to t take for that purpose the lands describe j - in the Schedule hereto.
