OTICE is hereby given that tht Council proposes to execute a ' certain Public Worlc, viz , the Construction ! of a Dray Road through Tuawhata 4 B 1, Tuawhata 4 B 2, and Tokomaru 1 8,Puatae, Roto-o-tahi, and Tuawhata 2 B ' 1 B Block, situated in Blocks 111. and VII., Whangara Survey District, and to take for that purpose the lands describe in the Schedule hereto. Tlio Works to be undertaken are Drains’ Formation, and Culverts for the passage of surface water. The Owners of the lands affected Messrs. Barker Brothers and 11. Loisel Ilarepa Kautuka, Karaitiana to I- ko Rawiri Hinaki, and other Native owners. Any Person having any Objection to the construction of the road is required to state tlio objection in writing, and scud the writing to tho office of the Cook County Council, Gisborne, on or before SATURDAY, 26th January, 1907.
