COOK COUNTY COUNCIL. ■faT OTICE ia licroby given that t h Council proposes to execute a certain Public Work, viz , the Construction of a Dray Hoad through Tuawhata 4 13 1, Tuawlmta 4 B 2, and Tokomaru 1 B, Puatae, Eoto-o-tahi, and Tuawhata 2 B 1 B Block, situated in Blocks 111. and VII., Whangara Survey District, and to take for that purpose the lands describe in the Schedule hereto. The Works to be undertaken aro Drains, Formation, and Culverts for tho passage of surface water. The Owners of the lands affected Messrs Barker Brothers and 11. Loisel Karepa Kautuka, lvaraitiana te Eko Rawiri Hinaki, and other Native owners. Any Person having any Objection to the construction of the road is required to state tho objection in writing, and send the writing to tho office of tho Cook County Council, Gisborne, on or beforo SATURDAY, 20th January, 1907.
