7&T OTICE is hereby given that thi Council proposes to execute a certain Public Work, viz, the Construction of a Dray Road through Tuawhata 4 B 1, Tuawhata 4 B 2, and Tokomaru 1 B, Puatae, Roto-o-tahi, and Tuawhata 2 B 1 B Block, situated in Blocks Ilf. and VIL, Whangara Survey District, and to take for that purpose the lands describe in tho Schedulo hereto, The Works to be undertaken arc Drains, Formation, and Culverts for the passage I of surface water, The Owners of the lands affected Messrs Barker Brothei'3 and 11. Loisel Karepa Kautuka, Karaitiana te Eko Eawiri Hinaki, and other Native owners. Any Porsou having any Objection to the construction of the road is required to state the objection in writing, and send tho writing to tho office of the Cook County Council, Gisborne, on or beforo SATURDAY, 26th January, 1907. Tho Council also proposes to stop pottions of the present roadlino where it passes through the Blocks before named, and. convey to the owpers of the adjacent lands such portions of tho old road as are considered unnecessary for public use. A plan of the road to bo taken may be seen at the office of tho Cook County Council, Gisborne, during office hours.
