TE KARAKA SPORTS.

Tiio above sports meeting was held at Tc Ktiraka yesterday in brilliant weather. The attendance was fairly good, but tlie race mooting at \\ hatatutu soniowbat interfered with it. Some good racing was witnessed, many of the finishes being very closely contested, and all the events of a long programme were got through in good time, under the capable direction of the lion, secretary (.Mr I’.
