When tho meeting of (he Hospital Trustees opened by tho Secretary (Mr T. A, Cjlamao) yesterday afternoon, both Mr Harding nud Captain Xuoker rose to speak, each intending to propose tho otder as chairman, and many compliment tary remarks were made about the County Chairman and Hospital Treasurer.
