ROBBERY UNDER ARMS.
PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT St. Petersburg, Deo. 13, Twelve atmed men robbed the Odessa . branch of the St. Petersburg International Oommericsl Bank of 29,000 roubles in cash, and 62.0C0 roubles worth of securities. Eleven of the robbers escaped and the twelth suicided after killing a policeman.
