The profits for the year wero £36,395, with undivided profit' brought forward making £51,689 available for distribution, A dividend of 4 per centum was declared, absorbing £23,408 ; £8289 was carried forward. During the year debentures were reduced by £36,000, leaving them at £126,000. The saving in way repairs and interest charges totalled £3OO, Too prospeoSß for the current year ware slated to be vary promising. When the strike in ths building trade was settled the shareholders oouldlook forward to having a very good time.
