Dr Mason haa reoeived instruotiona from the Minister that the Agricultural Department will control everything in byre from that point. Once the milk goes outside the dairy it comBS under the dominion of the Health Department, which has authority of cane, cartp, railage, and everything else connected with milk till it reaches the consumer. As section 346 of the Municipal Corporations Act haa not been repealed local authorities have the same measure of control that tbey exercised formerly.
