On the one hand it was claimed that good servants were unobtaioabla in_J3jdnßyj blame, os the movement was an attempt to introduce cheap labor. Eventually, after the chairman had poured oil on the troubled waters, it was resolved to form a Women’s Immigration Sooiety.
