PRESS ASSOCIATION Christchurch, last night. During the week cndingNovember 30th 1626 eggs were laid by the birds in tho Utility Poultry Club’s second egg-laying competition at Lincoln College, making the total to date 64,242. Tho best totals for the week were: J. A- Mills’ white wyandottes 31, Alexandra Poultry Company’s white Plymouth liocks 31, W. E, Jones’ white wyandottes 30, W- Deans’ black Hamburgs 30. The highest totals to date are: M. Blanch 669, J. Ashton’s silver wyandottes 612, F. O’Brien’s silver wyandottes 581, Mrs Gordon’s brown leg-1 horns 547. J
