Mr Darton reported on behalf of the Floral Foie Committee, which had made up its balance ehoet, showing that there was £ll balance to band to tbo committee, The Fioral Fete Commitlco had deoidod to remain a standirg committee to carry out a floral foto in tuo autumn, A vote of thanks wus passed to the Floral Fete Committee, aud Messrs Darto" aud Rowley wero asked to remain as ■ tarie3 for the purposes of holding a fttj in the autumn.
Mr G. Darton moved that tho Education Board bo asked for a subsidy of £SO towards doing up the grounds. They (the School Committor) hud about £3O in tbo trustoes’ hands, and as the ostimslo of tho work was £l2O, £7O would bo required, The trustees might bo asked to advanoo a further £3O to bo repaid whoa the money was raised as suggestod. It was necessary to move in the mastor at once, as it was very desirable to have tho work done during the holidays, when the
ohildren were away. The motion was seconded by Mr Evans and oarriod.
