PRESS ASSOCIATION Wanganui, last night, A poll held to-day, on a proposal to raise a loan of £40,000 for the installation of electric trams, resulted in the proposal being carried by 022 to 85. A proposal to raise £IO,OOO for tho extension of tho gas works was carried by 573 to 77,
