PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Received 9,35 p.m., Nov. 27. London, Nov. 27.
A central Emigration Board with Mr Kimlock Cooke as Chairman, and with influential members, has been formed to encourage desirable persons to settle in the colonies. It is hoped that the services of the Board will be useful to distress committees under the Unemployed Act and other bodies having statutory powers relating to emigration.
