BATH ACQUITTED.
PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT Received 1.5 a.m., Nov 23. Sydney, Nov 27. The conspiracy case against Crick, Willis, and Bath has been concluded. The judge, in summing up, attached weight to Close’s evidence. The jury acquitted Bath, and were locked up for the night in regard to the other accused.
