DOWNING STREET.
A LONDON CRITIC,
PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT London, Nov. 22. Tho Daily Telegraph complains that the great colonies find themselves at every turn ignored, chocked, thwarted, and vilified by tho present Imperial Government and the reckless fanaticism of an ignorant majority. The Government has once mors destroyed Downing Street’s reputation for insight with their oversoa kinsmon. Questions which could easily be adjusted under other circumstances are now aggravated because the Government are unablo to inspire confidence.
