PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Reoeived 12.68 a.m., Nov. 24 Sydney, Nov. 23,, At the half-yearly meeting of the Bank of New South Wales the net profits were shown to be £130,116, whereto was added £22618 from the preceding half. A dividend of 10 per oentnm was deolared, £25,000 added to the reserve fund, and £27,733 oarried forward. The ohairman said that the pastoral and agricultural interests of the country were in a very flourishing oondilion and the proßpeots very favorable for the season. He referred with regret to the burning of the Bank’s new premises at Wellington. They ex* peeted to be able to pay for the restore* tion of the interior out of the insutanoo money.
