TRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Received 10.6 p.m., Nov. 23, Berlin, Nov. 2d. M. Sienkiwickz, the famous Polish novelist, addressed a remarkable letter to the Kaiser, recounting the unjust persecution inflicted on German Poles, and appealing to the Emperor as a Christian to redress the grievances and abate measures which were legislative of hatred, violence, and vengeance.
