AN OUTSIDE CRITIC.
PRESS ASSOCIATION - COPYRIGHT Sydney, Nov 22. Mr Anderson, Now South Wales Commissioner, interviewed, declared that the Zealand Exhibition was a great suev"' cess, rogarded as a local affair, Now Zealand making a lino display, but as an international business the Exhibition was a failure. What Britain shows cannot bo called attractive. It gives no idea of her greatness, whilst the Canadian display morely draws attention to linos sho wishes to do a trade with Now Zealand in.
PRESS ASSOCIATION. Christchurch- last night. Tho Fijians arc very busy at tho Exhibition to-day, house-building. It is expoctcd they will have finished to-morrow. There is no leek at all of hotel accommodation in Christchurch, and the charges aro normal. Several hotelkoepors say that during Carnival week, though tho houses were crowded, tho demand for aceommod'ation was no licavior than on any previous Carnival week. THE ATTENDANCE. PRESS ASSOCIATION Christchurch, last night. Tho attendance at tho Exhibition to-day was 12,647, which brings tho total to date to 289,346.
