Campbell Bannerman, expressing dissatisfaction at tho Government not adopting more prompt and definite steps for repatriating Chinese on the Band, Nonconformist members of the House of Commons are strongly pressing Government to reject the whole of the House of Lords’ amendments in the Eiucation Bill.
