The Premier if ft for Wellington by the Tutanuokai ui 10 to-nighs. Interviewed before his departure oa the prospaots of tho International Exhibition at Christchurch, Sir Joseph Ward said that the receipts for admission at tho gates so far were a happy augury for its success. Up to the 20th of tho present month the reoeipts for admission at tho gates had amounted to £5028, or an average of £314 for each day the gates had been open. In addition to this upwards of £IO,OOO worth of season tiekets had been disposed of.

To-day was a quiet day at tho Exhibition, tho total number of admittances being 8565, whiob, though a falling off from tho figures of the preceding day, still shows a a increase on the total for Monday, which was 8509. Tho total attendance is now 276,699,
