JURIES DISAGREE.
PRESS ASSOCIATION
Christchurch, last night. The trial of John Saga on a charge of forgery was resumed at the Supreme Court to-day, the easi being that in whioh a, jury failed to agree at the sittings last week. The indictment all-ged that tho accused commuted forgery by altering certain orders for advertisements in the Spectator newspaper. Tha jury again failed to agree, aud at the end of the four hours wete discharged.
