NEWFOUNDLAND FISHERMEN PUNISHED.
PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Received 5.12 p.m., Nov. 18. St. John, Nov. 17. Twe Newfoundland fishermen, named Dubois and Craue, were each fined five hundred dollars or three months’ imprisonment at the Bay of Islands for putting herrings on aboard American vessels in violation of the bait regulations.
