Edward Macartney Fox. a carpenter fell dead in a stationer’s shop while purchasing a newspaper. At the inquest the medical evidence showed that death was tho result of heart failure. Oemavu, last night. Lady Plunkot to-day opened the Old Men’s Home, a building that cost over A'Booo to erect, and this evening she also opened the fancy fair in aid of the Town Hall fund. Lady I’lunket also paid a formal visit to tho High School and Hospital. Westport, last night. Tho Westport Coal Company’s output last week was 8111 tons 9 cwt.
