PER PRESS ASSOCIATION Ohriatoburoh, last night. Wm. Porter pleaded guilty to making a false declaration that he had been living with a woman separated from her hus band, and thought he oonld marry her. The false declaration wbb that he aotually was married. He was sentenoed to three months, Edgar O. Turner, for forgery, wbb sentenoed to nine months, concurrent with the sentence he is now serving. Bobt. MoOarthy was oonvicled of esoaping from Hanmer prison oamp and breaking and entering the stable of Wm. K. Campbell, and sfealing a saddle and bridle and brooch. He was sentenced to 12 months’ imprisonment on each of the two charges, tho terms to run ooconrrently, and the' sentence to oornu into tff.ot at the conclusion of the period of imprisonment now being served.
