TROUBLE IN RUSSIA.

Ten masked robbers gained entrance to Sevastopol fort, gagged the officer commanding, and stole a number of carbines, The garrison apparently were asleep. During a search of unoccupied rooms at Tiflis, the drawing aside of a ourtain caused the explosion of a bomb, killiog two gendarmes and a porter, aud wounding tnree policemen.
