MR. HEARST CLAIMING THE CREDIT.

The Pennyslvania Railway, Standard Oil, Amalgamated Copper Cos. of the United States, Steel Trust, and other large industrial corporations are increasing wages substantially. Mr Hearst (the defeated candidate for New York State) claims the credit for concessions.
