The Governor refuses to permit auy ’election meetings at Odessa. The officials of the electoral commission threatened to resign, alleging that their work is useless without meetings, No revolutionary organisation exists at Moscow, all the principal leaders having been arrested.
Twenty robbers captured the mail van at Werchanednieprovsk. They wounded the driver and a policeman, and decamped with 63,000 roubles. The party of peaceful regeneration, which opposes all unconstitutional government, appeals to the Duma electors to oppose tho remnant of the administrative regime, and revolutionary anarchy, which constitute two disintegrating forces impeding the work of reconstruction.

A band of terrorists by means of bombs wrecked a train outside Kogoff, killing and wounding many. They decamped with a million roubles.
