The polios at St. Petersburg have arrested 25 members of the committee of the Social Demooratio organisation. Reuter’s St. Petersburg correspondent reports that revolutionaries shot in the streets of Kumo, in Russiau Poland, seventeen officers, causing a panio in the town.

Fearing reprisals all Russian foroes in Northern Manchuria have been withdrawn except the railway guards.
