PAMPERED COASTERS
WILDLY INDIGNANT PEOPLE. PRESS ASSOCIATION Hokitika, last night. Very general dissatisfaction has been expressed here at the exorbitant terms oharged by tho ooaoh proprietors on the overland journey to Guristohuroh, and there is great indignation at the refusal of ihe Railway Department to grant excursion fareß oaly to passengers by ooaohes, excluding pecaoas travelling by bicycles or other conveyances, The local bodies have passed strong resolutions, condemning tho action of the Railway D.-partment. In every other respect, the new time-table giving a one-day’s service to Christohuroh is highly appreciated.
