Shipping at Toulon has suffered greatly, Tho battleship Patrie, and tho frigate Laguorrioro broke adrift and wore secured with great difficulty. Tho coast is strewn with wreckage. A tidal wavo caused great damage at tho Ilyoros Islands. Received 4,52 p.in,, Nov. 1. Paris, Nov. 4. Tho storm wrecked nineteen miles of promenades along tho Riviera coass, doing a million pounds damage. At tho lioight of tho storm a number of übmarincs dived, remaining safely below until tho worst of tho storm was ovor. Four hundred fishing vessels were lost, though tliore were few casualties.
