CHESS ASSOCIATION .Wellington, last night, There are persistent rumors of pending trouble between seamen and employers in consequence of Jlic recent award of tlie Arbitration Court. It is stated that a certain number of seamen intend next week to give individual notice to the commanders of steamers that they desire to sign oil' from their ships. If this is carried into effect, and substitutes could not be secured, vessels losiug seamefl would be unable to proceed to sea,
