RUSSIAN STEAMER SUNK AND 200 PASSENGERS PERISH. PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT London, Ooc. 21. Reuter reports that the Russian steamer Virous struck a torpedo at Vladivostock and sank immediately. Two hundred passengers perished, one alone being rescued.
