Some time ago we expressed our opinions pretty freely upon the chaotic condition of the Agricultural Department and the incompetency of its control That was not tho first time by a great many that attention has been drawn to the wretched state of things in that mo3t woefully mis-
managed l epartmont, but seemed adequate to the task of moving the Minister in charge to look into
things and effect the highly necessary changes.
