The Prussian Government has notified nineteen thousand alien colliers in Rhenish provinoes that they must leave the country by December 20th, on the ground that such large nnmbers of aliens is undesirable on general principles. Inoluding their wives and families 50,000 will be affected, chiefly Austrians and Dalians,
