A special criminal court- has been con. stituted to hear tho charges of c-orspiracy against Wills, McNair, Hoskins, and Crick, and against Willis and Bath in connection with tho land oases. Application has been made in both oases for a postponement in order to prepare a defence. In the former an adjournment was made for a fortnight, and in tho latter till November sth.
