The Union Co.'s ss. Squall arrived from Napier yesterday forenoon, after a rough trip. Tho vcssol was tendered by the s s Tuatoa under tlm shelter of Young Nick's Hoad, and sailed in tho evening for Coast ports and Auckland. Tho s.s. Mimiro returned to anchorage yesterday morning. The Union Co.’s s.s. Tarawera arrived from Southorn ports this morning and proceeds to Auckland at S o clock. Tho following havo booked passages for Auckland Mrs Ellcrbeck, Messrs Ellerbcck, Spence, Clark, Bishop Lenihan. Tho Union Co's s.s. Maheno left Auckland at 6 p.m. yesterday and arrives this afternoon, sailing for Southorn ports during the evening. Tho Shaw Savill and Albion steamer Kumara arrives from Timaru to-day. UNION STEAMSHIP COMPANY’S MOVEMENTS. Wednesday, October 3rd—Tarawera ar. rives from South and sails for Anok. land. First launoh, 6 a.m.; last, 8 s.m. Maheno arrives from Sydney and ■ Auokland and sails for South. Last lannoh 6 pm. (moantime).
