A SETTLER DROWNED

Auckland, last night. George Shepherd Warin, a Mahurangi Heeds settler, was found drowned this morniDg. He left the Heals for Wark* worth on Sunday, and not turning up as was expected, search was made, and his body found. It is supposed that his boat was caught in one of the eevere (quells on Sunday. Ho leaves a wife, but no family. He was 50 years of age.
