Sixteen balloons, ropresontiLig seven nations, started from Paris on Sunday to oompoto for tho Gordon-Bonnctt Cup. Soveral were blown ovor to England Received 9.47 p.m , Oct. 2. JLondon, Oct. 2. An American balloon alighting near Whitby, won tho Gordon Bennett Cup. Other balloons descended earlier in the South.
Received 11.55 p.m., Ootober 2. Paris, October 2. Nino balloons descended in France.
