London, Ootober 1. Mr Lloyd George, nposkiog at Llanelly, dwelling on the prospect of licensing reform and ultimate refoim of the House of Lord*, hinted that neither reform would please Liberal extremists, who were dissatisfied, because, as rrgards temperanoe, they were not getting what they oould not have, and regarding the House of Lords, they opposed the existence of a second chamber and were unwilling to accept the only thing practicable. Reform was impossible in that spirit on those lines.
