The Socialist Congress at Mannheim, by 386 to 5, adopted Bebel Legion’s compromise in favor of concerted action between the trade unions and the Socialist pirty’s central organisations in all enterprises, snch as general strikes, concerning the vital interests of both. The resolution was interpreted as an indication that German workers wish to avoid the methods of the praotioal Socialistic orators recently bringing Russia to the verge of anarohy.
