Tho chief of the Finnish revolutionary Red Guard arid two other leaders have been arrested in a houso at Stockholm, where a bomb faotory was discovered. Important dccumoQts were seizad. The Russians captured a Swedish steamer bound for Finland with 3000 rifles and much emmunition destined for the revolulionists.
