Mr P. Welsh has sold his property fo Mr A. Richardson at a figure satisfactory to both parties. There wero two men from Taranaki hero this week looking for land, and they were very pleased with what land they saw up bore. LambiDg is about finished, and most flocks will have 100 per cent, and over.
