Hawks’s 8ay—1,420,295 acres produo 1 tive, 472 592 unproductive. Taranaki—6B7,s49 aores productive, 482,710 aores unproductive.
Wellington—l,36s 088 acres productive,. 800 329 aorrs unproductive. The total areas are—7 479,602 acres of produotivo land and 2,870.718 ac os unproduo ive. The summarised figures r.garding the blocks over 1000 acres show tho folkwing results: — Aucklond —8,7.68 897 acre?, of which 1,571,474 acres aro under forest. There aro 58,023 native owners.
