(Special to Times.) Wellington, last night. The Land Committee again dealt with Mr McNab’s Bill this morning. The Bill,
it is understood, will havo rather a stormy passage through the Commit.e, and it is quite on tho cards that in some of the divisions the Government will find itself io a minority. It is even hinted that the Committee may dec'aro in favor of the optiom-1 Byßtem in regard to tbe disposal of oortain Ends under tho oontrol of the Crown, It is understood that tho position of bondholdeis will not bs effected by tbe olauss of the Land Bdl relating io endowmnotß.
