London, Sept, 13, Oivmg to alarmist reports as to the health of the Princess Royal, it is officially announoed that she has never completely reeoversd from the severe attack of inflaeDzt last spring. Three weeks ego she coatraoted a chill, aooompsnied by higa fever and considerable weakness. The complications madß it necessary for an operation to ba performed on Monday. The Princess bore it well, and is miking satisfactory progress, ihongh it will be some weeks before she is oonvaleeoaot.
