PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Reoeived 9.32 p.m., Sept. 13. London, Sept. 11. At a meeting of the Aeaooiated Chambora of Commerce at Bristol, Sir W. H. Holland, member of the House of Commons, presiding, declared that trade was in a prosperous condition. The attitude of the Government towards the association was yery sympathetic, Government being willing to receive suggestions for legislation which would prove benefioial to trade, and being willing to assist in carrying in the autumn a Limited Partnership Bid, which would equally interest capital and labor. The association, while warmly sympathising with the desire for larger Imperial trade, resolved by a la-ge majority that it was uaable to reoommend a departure from fpeetrade in the absence of praotioal proposals, but welcomed the Imperial Conference to consider the subject,
