By enquiry among looal farmers and landholders, a Marlborough Herald rep'esentative gained the impression that the feeling towards Mr McNab’a land proposals is, generally speaking, sympathetic. The scheme is being dieoussed in all its boatings with keen interest, and its detail have been pretfcy well grasped.
