He deposed that in conversation with Oriok about improvement leases tbe latter said : " A lot of people are making mouoy out of improvement leases. Ido not see why you should not.” Crick added : •' If there is anything I oan do for you in that respect I will do it.” Witness replied, "Ifl am going to make something oat of it,and don’t seo why you should not ” He admitted that be gave Crick half the amount of fees he recoivcd.
