Au interesting hockey malch was played at the. Victoria Domain yesteiday after noon between the Gisborne ladies and public sohool girls. The former showed excellent form,and were much too good for the school girls, who nevertheless put up an exce’doot defence. The Gisborne ladies bit 12 goals to their opponents’ nil. Misses DeLau‘our and Wacbsman wara the most prolific scorers, whilst Misses Johnston, Gcffa, T. Sherratt, and Reyuolds also showed excellent fo:m.
